Exhibition catalog accompanying the 52nd Venice Biennale, 10.06–21.11.2007, curated by Robert Storr (the first American artistic director). The exhibition of about 100 artists and groups was significantly smaller than other recent biennales, and was critiqued as being rather staid with a conservative, museal quality, despite the presence of some charged overtly political works.
